Drug Crimes

Drug crimes include the manufacturing, trafficking, possession, or sale of an unlawful narcotic. The charges filed against you, either a felony or a misdemeanor will depend on the type of crime committed, the type of drug under possession, and the amount of the drug under possession. If you are a repeat offender, or if you have solicited to minors, you may be subject to enhanced criminal charges and sentencing.

If you are charged with possession of drugs, you may be eligible for alternative sentencing, such as Deferred Entry of Judgment (DEJ) or you may be eligible to have your case heard in drug court.
